If your product is not the right fit, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery
Items must be in good condition
Items must include all original parts and accessories when applicable
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need help with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to find the best solution.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items returned outside the 60-day window
Items showing excessive wear or damage
Items damaged from chewing, misuse, or improper use
Items missing original parts or accessories
1-Year Warranty
Select WagFurever products may include a 1-year warranty against product defects.
This warranty does not cover chewing damage, misuse, pet damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use.
